Service Description
Pet Fetch offers a convenient one-way transportation service for pets to their desired destinations. Our reliable drivers ensure your pet reaches their grooming, vet, or boarding appointment safely and on time. Please note, additional charges may apply for trips exceeding 20 miles.
Cancellation Policy
Upon completion, one of our representatives will reach out to you shortly to confirm your pet's ride and schedule your pet's ride evaluation. The evaluation is a quick at home assessment to see how well your pet listens to simple commands. We also take them on a quick trip around the neighborhood to see how well they can stay in their seat. We will also be evaluating if we need to use a pet seat belt/pet gate/pet ramp during transportation. The ride evaluation is essential and helps us ensure that both your pet and our drivers remain safe during the ride. As a reminder We CANNOT accept last minute pick ups/drop offs unless the your pet has already passed a ride evaluation. (exceptions may apply, please reach out for more details)All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Upon booking, customers will receive a confirmation via email or SMS, containing details of the service, date, time, and any special requests related to the transportation of their pets. Cancellations or Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will incur no cancellation fee, and a full refund will be provided. Cancellations or Rescheduling requests made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations or Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued. If the customer fails to be present at the scheduled time and location for pickup, and has not canceled or rescheduled within the appropriate time frame, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show. In the event of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., severe weather conditions, pet illness), the company may, at its discretion, allow for waivers of fees or special considerations, depending on the circumstances.
